When trust has been damaged in a relationship—through betrayal, emotional disconnection, or repeated hurt—couples often feel overwhelmed, guarded, and unsure where to begin. Many still care deeply about one another but feel stuck in conflict, distance, or uncertainty about the future. I specialize in couples therapy for trust injuries and relationship repair, helping couples slow down, rebuild emotional safety, and find a clear path forward.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing couples counseling and marriage therapy grounded in evidence-based and attachment-informed approaches. Healing after a relationship rupture requires more than communication tools—it requires understanding what happened beneath the surface, creating safety for honest conversations, and approaching repair with care and structure.
My style is calm, supportive, and intentional. I work to ensure that both partners feel heard and respected, even during difficult conversations. Therapy is not about assigning blame or rushing decisions. Instead, we focus on making sense of what broke, supporting accountability without shame, and helping couples move toward repair, reconnection, or clarity about next steps at a pace that feels manageable.
In addition to couples work, I also provide individual therapy for stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help clients feel grounded, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
Trust injuries can deeply affect how safe a relationship feels. Betrayal, emotional withdrawal, secrecy, or repeated disappointments can leave partners feeling disconnected, reactive, or unsure whether healing is possible. I work with couples facing these challenges because I believe that trust can be understood, repaired, and thoughtfully rebuilt when there is structure, safety, and support.Couples often come to therapy feeling afraid of making things worse or saying the wrong thing. My role is to help slow the process, reduce reactivity, and guide conversations in a way that supports honesty, accountability, and emotional safety. This work is not about forcing forgiveness or outcomes—it’s about helping couples understand what happened and decide, together, what repair and healing can look like moving forward.
I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy—especially when trust has been damaged. My commitment is to provide a space that is respectful, emotionally safe, and thoughtfully guided. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. My role is to help you feel steadier, supported, and clearer as we navigate this process together.
I approach each relationship with care, neutrality, and compassion. Therapy is grounded in honesty and transparency, with a focus on slowing reactive patterns, guiding difficult conversations productively, and offering structure and clarity without judgment or pressure. Your pace matters, and the work remains purposeful and grounded in what feels right for you.
Starting therapy takes courage, and you deserve to feel respected, supported, and informed throughout the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make choices that align with your needs and values.
